Let your agent refer you to a couple of lenders they have previously worked with. It is good to let your agent refer you to a lender that they have a great business relationship with; a lender they know who hasn’t let them down.

You have to manage your expectations and be willing to give up for other things. Be open-minded and be willing to other locations and criteria adjustments. You will be surprised what you can actually live without.

As long as it takes. Sometimes it takes a week, two weeks, or four months. Because the market is fluid, there is no definite answer. So goes the market, so goes the time frame.
