YES! Necessary actually. Even with a client’s personal items, a stager can work with what you have and add a few more pieces to really make a room pop. Potential buyers can imagine themselves living in a space that is furnished vs empty rooms.

Like staging, YES. A professional photographer will capture all the best angles of your home, inside and out. The photographer knows how to work with the lighting inside your home, the staging placement, and even the weather conditions to get the best photos possible.
